Sprouts Farmers Market to open in Mid-July

     Construction is progressing on the Sprouts Farmers Market on East Colfax Avenue at Garfield Street, and the store is scheduled to open in mid-July, officials said Wednesday.
     The Phoenix-based specialty grocer — which focuses on fresh foods, produce, healthy foods and vitamins and supplements — has more than 100 locations in Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma and Utah.
     Sprouts spokeswoman Kim Rockley said the 24,300-square-foot store will have a new décor package, a soup/olive bar and a sushi station.
