MEGADETH’S NEW ALBUM ‘DYSTOPIA’ RELEASED JANUARY 22, 2016

                                                                              MEGADETH has announced today the details for the North American leg of their Dystopia World Tour, which will kick off in Dallas, TX on February 20, 2016. The North American leg will take them across the U.S, visiting 12 states and throughout Canada.

"Heathers: The Musical" is the darkly delicious story of Veronica Sawyer, a brainy, beautiful teenage misfit who hustles her way into the most powerful and ruthless clique at Westerberg High: the Heathers. But before she can get comfortable atop the high school food chain, Veronica falls in love with the dangerously sexy new kid J.D. When Heather Chandler, the Almighty, kicks her out of the group, Veronica decides to bite the bullet and kiss Heather's aerobicized ass... but J.D. has another plan for that bullet.

The cast includes Lindsey Falduto (Veronica Sawyer), Zach Nick (Jason "J.D." Dean), Valerie Igoe (Heather Chandler), Zoe Miller (Heather Duke), Jenny Pan (Heather McNamara),  Shahara Ray (Mrs. Fleming), Brian Robertson (Ram Sweeney), McKenna Seckman (Martha Dunnstock), Scott Taylor(Kurt Kelly), Brian Trampler (Ram's Dad) and John White (Kurt's Dad).  Jacob Durso-Sabina, Brandon Jay Lopez, Rachel McCulloch, Tashara May, Cody Schmidt, Jessica Sotwick and Samantha Wekenman round out the ensemble.

Composer and lyricist Laurence O’Keefe is best known for the award-winning "Bat Boy: The Musical" and "Legally Blonde." Kevin Murphy co-wrote and produced musical version of "Reefer Madness" and for television, has worked as a writer and producer for many series, most notably Desperate Housewives.

Hotel Hesse

In 1911, when the State Capitol Building was only 17 years old, Hotel Hesse opened at the corner of Colfax and Grant; shortly after, due to anti-German sentiment during WWI, the hotel was renamed the Newhouse. Running underneath much of Capitol Hill are tunnels which connect the Capitol Building with many of the surrounding businesses, and in the 1920's these tunnels were reportedly used to sneak politicians into the hotel for booze and affairs.The tunnels have long since been sealed up but for over one hundred years the Newhouse Hotel has operated in the bustling Capitol Hill district of Denver. Under new management in recent years, a major undertaking at restoring the building to its former glory is well on its way. While the hotel does offer nightly rooms at competitive rates as well as some of the least expensive weekly rates in the most convenient location in Denver, reservations are not accepted due to the fact that guests often check in and decide not to leave... sometimes for years!
