We hope you enjoy your dining experience in the warmth, beauty and splendor of Old Mexico.” It was 40 years ago, on March 27, 1974, that these words announced, to the eagerly awaiting guests, the opening day of Casa Bonita. Since that memorable date, every business day at Casa Bonita, the same announcement is made to greet our guests. During the month of March, Casa Bonita will be celebrating our 40th birthday. Over the past 40 years, Casa Bonita has been host to millions of guests and has become a favorite destination for both kids and adults alike.
