Bob Dylan spent a lot of time on Colfax, even beyond the days of one of his very first early gigs, ever, at the Satire Lounge when he was only 19. I came across this bootleg today, recorded with Robbie Robertson at the Motel De Ville at 3:00am on March 13, 1966. (650 West Colfax Ave., Room 102).
