House of Flowers moved to 9835 East Colfax in 1963, a space that was previously occupied by Home Music Co. The building has since been demolished and replaced by Florence Square Apartments. Prior to 1963, House of Flowers was located directly across the street at 9834 East Colfax in a building that has also since been demolished.
