40 West Arts Riot 2012

     Naughty Pierre Comes to West Colfax for the 40 West Arts RIOT!  Music! Singing! Dancing! Comedy! Join the RIOT! The 40 West Arts RIOT! It's a variety show with an array of upbeat, high-energy acts, ranging from artistic film, acrobatic dance, and jazz to a theatrical performance, woodwind ensemble, a cappella group, flamenco dancing--and more!  The inaugural show, emceed by the inimitable "Naughty Pierre" from Lannie’s Clocktower is set for September 13, 2012, at the Mary Harris Auditorium--the very same stage from which Bob Hope bantered with audiences in the 40s--on the historic campus of the Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design.      40 West Arts, designated by the State of Colorado as an Emerging Creative District in March 2012, is a nonprofit arts district championing the cultural and economic vitality of the region.
