Green Buddies, U.S.A., located two blocks west of Colorado Blvd. at 3805 E. Colfax Avenue, is a grocery store for dogs and cats. Their mission: To enhance the well-being of Companion-Animals by offering "Healthy" foods manufactured exclusively in the United States of America.
As a public service to all of their current and future customers, Green Buddies wanted to make sure the pet loving community was made aware that there has been an update to the Diamond Foods recall:
"Diamond Pet Foods has now had a salmonella alert in their Missouri Plant. We do not have any of the product with concerns currently in our store; however, we do ask our customers purchasing Diamond Pet Foods to check the Diamond Pet Food Recall website http://diamondpetrecall.com or pet owners may call Diamond Pet Foods toll-free at 1-866-918-8756 Monday-Sunday 8am-6pm EST.

our valued customers, we apologize for these concerns as Diamond Pet
Foods strive to locate the source of the salmonella challenge. To date,
we have sold 17 total 18 lb. bags of Diamond Naturals Small Breed Lamb
& Rice since September 7th, 2011 with no known challenges, and we do
not have any of the Production Codes of challenge in house. If you
have any further concerns, please do not hesitate to call us.
