Street grading at Colfax and Oneida, in Montclair. The three houses in the background are (left to right): 6701 E Colfax (and it's carriage house), 1521 Niagara, and 1551 Niagara. The first house was torn down and replaced with the Niagara House Motel, but the other two still exist.
