Fitzsimons Motel and Apartments

Fitzsimons Motel, formerly on East Colfax Avenue. It's hard to read, but in addition to the standard amenities of TVS, Phones, Swimming Pool and Air Conditioning, the sign also boasts that the motel has an elevator.
